We are looking for Industrial Sales Representative to join our team.

Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:

  • Lead the establishment of our brand-new local project, creating and developing the industrial aluminium profile market from the ground up – a unique opportunity for a pioneering and adventurous sales professional. You will work directly under the Business Development Manager in Bulgaria, ensuring strategic alignment and guidance.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and coordinating technical preparations to presenting samples, processing initial orders, and ensuring repeat deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing, logistics) to provide optimal solutions and seamless service to clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and gather market insights.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity, giving you the freedom to work from home while traveling anywhere across the country to meet clients and grow the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile – A Visionary Beyond Limits:

  • Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in aluminium or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Savvy and self-driven hunter, excited to identify and secure new markets and customers.
  • Thrilled by pioneering projects and building business from the ground up.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
