In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Metamorphossis, Attica.

You will be mainly accountable for:


• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB's products/systems/applications.

• Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

• Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.

• Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.

Qualifications for the role


• University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering

• Knowledge & theoretical background of Electrical Installation design in Residential, Commercial and Industrial applications and respective market will be considered an asset

• Strong Computer literacy

• Excellent command of Greek and English language

• Ownership & Professionalism

• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills

• A collaborative, Customer-oriented approach
