This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will strengthen ABB presence in the Greek market by building strong partnerships with consulting engineers, construction companies, and by developing new business opportunities in underrepresented regions. Each day, you will deliver high-level, specialized HVAC solutions that combine innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainability. You will consult on technologies used in complex, large-scale projects across infrastructure, industrial, and commercial buildings, supporting a smarter and greener future.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Engaging and supporting consulting engineers and design firms with ABB's advanced HVAC solutions.
  • Promoting ABB's specialized technologies in large-scale, high-specification projects.
  • Developing and expanding partnerships with contractors and construction companies.
  • Designing and delivering tailored technical-commercial proposals for complex projects.
  • Exploring and establishing new business opportunities in regions with limited ABB presence.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure best-in-class customer support.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in HVAC sales or technically complex projects
  • You enjoy acting as a solutions consultant for design firms and clients
  • Highly adept in communication and presentation skills
  • You are at ease communicating in Greek and English
  • You hold current driving licence and have willingness to travel across Greece and build partnerships in new markets
