Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Metamorfosi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing sales support, engaging with customers, building relationships, expanding the current clientele and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, demonstrate product capabilities, and assist in the development of proposals and sales strategies.

  • Great Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of IP telephony and networking solutions
  • Ability to build productive relationships with customers and expand the current clientele
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
