About the Role: Senior Client Executive

As a Senior Client Executive at Aon, you will play a critical role in expanding our Commercial Risk portfolio. You will consult with senior leaders in medium and large organizations, identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business generation, focusing on commercial accounts and the full spectrum of Aon's solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and day-to-day contacts within client organizations
  • Educate clients on market trends, challenges, and benchmarking opportunities
  • Utilize a consultative approach to clearly articulate the value Aon brings
  • Accurately manage leads and pipelines within Aon's internal platforms

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Business Development/Sales in Insurance or Professional Services, and/or Consulting.
  • Knowledge of the insurance marketplace and products (required).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large and mid-market accounts.
  • Strong value proposition articulation and excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities and the confidence to express insights at all levels.
  • A collaborative and enthusiastic approach, with the drive to build relationships and demonstrate empathy.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high professional standards.
  • Eagerness to learn, be curious, and keep up with insurance industry trends.
  • Team player mindset, adaptable, and resilient with a positive outlook.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office; social media and technology familiarity.
