As we expand across Europe and the Middle East, we are looking for a
Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performance team and drive strategic growth in enterprise accounts.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in scaling our presence in major markets, engaging C-level security leaders, and building long-term partnerships with enterprise and public-sector clients. You will work closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to execute our go-to-market strategy and accelerate ARR growth.
What You Will Do:
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (prospecting → demos → PoV → procurement → closing).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across targeted regions (EU & Middle East).
- Engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk & Compliance Leaders.
- Own revenue targets and deliver predictable forecasting.
- Position Mind The Hack's automated security platform as a strategic security enabler.
- Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and integrators.
- Represent MindTheHack at conferences, networking events, and cybersecurity forums.
Requirements
:
- 5+ years experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales.
- Strong network in IT Security, Telecom, Banking, or Enterprise technology.
- Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to communicate technical value clearly at both executive and technical level.
- Experience with RFPs, procurement, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Growth mindset, ownership, resilience, and a hunter mentality.
