Position Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant to represent our Athens headquarters with professional excellence, absolute discretion, and an unwavering commitment to client service. This role requires a polished and reliable professional who can interact confidently with distinguished clients from around the world. The position may involve domestic and international travel to support the firm's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients, partners, and visitors, providing a professional first impression.
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with confidentiality, diplomacy, and precision.
  • Schedule appointments, manage the legal calendar, and coordinate high-level meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and client correspondence.
  • Support international clients, especially in matters related to real estate law and Golden Visa services.
  • Uphold the firm's values of integrity, loyalty, and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
