Are you a fluent Croatian speaker with a passion for travel and customer service? We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece Whether you're seeking a fresh start abroad or already living in Greece, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career in an international environment.
Your Role as a Travel Advisor (Croatian-Speaking)As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately recording customer feedback, questions, and issues in the system.
- Resolving complaints following company policies and escalation procedures.
- Meeting response and resolution targets to maintain excellent service levels.
- Using troubleshooting techniques and training materials to assist customers.
- Offering tailored recommendations to common travel-related issues.
- High school diploma or higher qualification.
- Fluency in Croatian (native level or C2).
- Strong English skills (C1 level).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with great communication skills.
- Ideally at least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service position.
- Competitive Salary: 1,100 euros gross/month x 14 salaries.
