Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for accommodation providers, addressing inquiries about room modifications, rates, availability, and system tools.
  • Deliver a high level of service to ensure a positive experience for partners and customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Croatian and English (verbal and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new tools.
  • Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate promptly with work authorization.
