Croatian-English Travel Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Research and provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for accommodation providers, addressing inquiries about room modifications, rates, availability, and system tools.
- Deliver a high level of service to ensure a positive experience for partners and customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian and English (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new tools.
- Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate promptly with work authorization.
