About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Croatian-speaking customers. You will provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and help build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Croatian via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Croatian.

  • Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required; full training is provided.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
