About the Position:

As a Travel Advisor, you'll assist customers in planning and booking personalized trips, offering expert advice to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be key to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and unique travel experiences tailored to their needs
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on preferences and budgets
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Manage booking modifications and resolve travel-related issues efficiently
  • Stay updated on travel trends, special offers, and destination insights
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
