About the Position:

As a Travel Agent, you will guide clients through planning and booking their perfect trips, offering expert advice to ensure smooth, enjoyable journeys. Your excellent communication and organizational abilities will play a key role in delivering top-notch service and memorable travel adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations based on individual preferences
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
  • Resolve booking issues and address any travel-related concerns
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, offers, and regulations
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
