Customer Service Vision Care

Main responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and B2B platform promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed product information and customer support for ophthalmic products.
Handle the complete order cycle: from order receipt, confirmation, and processing to shipment, delivery coordination, and follow-up.
Issue accurate sales invoices according to internal guidelines and contractual terms.
Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue payments in collaboration with the finance department.
Manage customer claims and back orders with a solutions-oriented approach.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, deliveries, and financial transactions.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in invoicing and order-to-cash cycle preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP software and English language
Bachelor's Degree in related field will be an asset.
