Job Opening: Interior Designer Assistant

SanTheos Development – Athens, Greece

SanTheos Development, a leading real estate development and Golden Visa consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated Interior Designer Assistant to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will provide direct support to our Head Architect and management team, ensuring the effective presentation of projects to international clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Architect in preparing and delivering project presentations.

  • Present and explain to clients the overall project concept, including materials, finishes, orientation, location, and design philosophy.

  • Support client meetings and presentations in the company's meeting facilities.

  • Prepare professional visual materials such as mood boards, sample displays, and digital presentations.

  • Maintain and update the company's materials and samples library.

  • Interpret and explain basic architectural drawings and layouts.

  • Produce or assist in producing renders and visualizations when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.

  • Proven sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and presentation skills.

  • Basic knowledge of architectural drawings; ability to interpret plans and layouts.

Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar) will be considered a strong asset.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (Chinese, Turkish, etc.) is a plus.

  • Professional demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and client-oriented approach.
