• 3–5 years of proven legal experience, ideally within corporate or commercial law
• Prior experience with a leading Greek corporate law firm will be considered a strong advantage
• LLB from a recognized and reputable university
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is highly desirable
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus
• Able to develop informal internal and external network of contacts
• An intellectually curious, lateral thinker who can work independently, is highly organised, and resilient
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with demonstrable good housekeeping and file management practices
• A proven team player, exhibiting cooperation, collaboration and using one's initiative
• Excellent numerical and communication skills with demonstrated commercial awareness.
