Job Description

We're looking for a mid-senior frontend software engineer with at least 4 years of experience in the frontend landscape to join our team. You'll work with React and TypeScript to build applications that help shipping companies and service providers connect more efficiently. You'll be part of team discussions, code reviews, and work directly with colleagues to identify and deliver features that solve real problems for our users.

The role involves developing user-facing features, turning designs into working code, and making sure our applications perform well across different browsers and devices.

We work in small, cross-functional teams where everyone pitches in on different aspects of projects. If you like collaborating and are comfortable taking on various responsibilities, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features with React and TypeScript
• Contribute to our design system and component library
• Implement and extend microfrontend modules
• Ensure UI/UX designs are translated into maintainable code
• Integrate with APIs using GraphQL, REST, and WebSockets
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to discussions on architecture, state management, and performance improvements
• Experiment with new approaches and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Experience writing automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress/Playwright)
• Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization in React applications
• Experience working in Agile teams with tools such as Jira and Figma
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
