Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση όλου του κύκλου πρόσληψης (αγγελίες, συνεντεύξεις, επιλογή υποψηφίων).
  • Οργάνωση και εκτέλεση διαδικασιών onboarding για νέους εργαζομένους.
  • Συντονισμός προσωπικού για κάλυψη αναγκών πελατών.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για κατανόηση απαιτήσεων και παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων στελέχωσης.
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση και συμμόρφωση με εργατική νομοθεσία.
  • Υποστήριξη θεμάτων εργαζομένων (άδειες, απορίες, διαδικαστικά).
  • Συντονισμός και υποστήριξη της ομάδας HR

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4 ετών σε θέση HR.
  • Εμπειρία στην επικοινωνία με πελάτες ή σε ρόλο Client Relations θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες (γραπτές και προφορικές).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office.
  • Δυνατότητα multitasking και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών.
