HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain and audit HR records, payroll data, and employee files
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management and external audits
Assist in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Organize training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
Liaise with external partners and regulatory bodies
Support HR projects such as restructuring, talent development, and succession planning
Travel abroad for HR audits, onboarding, training, or cross-border coordination
Participate in corporate compliance initiatives, including NIS2, GDPR, Whistleblowing, and other regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or controlling
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive data
Ability and willingness to travel internationally
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
