We are seeking an experienced We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic
IT System Administrator
to become a vital part of our team
in Athens
. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization's computer systems and software.

What You Will Focus On

• Automating IT tasks and writing scripts to streamline operations, including data scraping where needed
• Configuring and troubleshooting mobile device management (MDM) systems
• Managing identity and access controls across company platforms
• Responding promptly to IT support issues and requests from employees
• Setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions
• Supporting and maintaining the company's cloud-based call center (3CX)
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience in a tech-oriented company
• Experience with call center systems, preferably 3CX
• Solid knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack administration and support
• Familiarity with APIs is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good understanding of network systems and protocols
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
• An energetic team player with a passion for helping others and solving problems
