Senior Deskside Support Technician

Role Overview:
We are looking for Senior Deskside Support Technician who can provide advanced technical support for end-user devices, applications, and IT infrastructure. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in hardware, software, and enterprise systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Perform advanced hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
Manage Operating System deployments (imaging, re-imaging) using tools such as SCCM
or Intune Autopilot.
- Administer Active Directory — user account creation, group policy management, and
access rights.
- Oversee MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions including Intune, ensuring
compliance and security policies are applied.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other
productivity applications.
- Support network connectivity issues including LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network
printers.
- Handle ticket escalations in ServiceNow (or similar) and ensure timely resolution of
incidents.
- Collaborate with remote support teams for advanced troubleshooting and project
deployments.
- Assist in IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and
decommissioning.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior support technicians
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in desktop/deskside support or related IT support roles.
Strong experience with SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions.
Advanced skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and OS deployment.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting (switches, routers, Meraki, etc.).
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills in English (Greek language is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or higher.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Experience working in multinational corporate environments
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 2,100.00€ - 2,300.00€ per month
