AirHost Property Management is a growing property management company specializing in high-quality hospitality services across the Cyclades. After establishing a strong presence in Tinos, we are expanding our operations to Paros in 2026. Our team manages every stage of the hospitality experience — from reservations and guest care to property maintenance and owner relations — always with a focus on smooth operations and top-tier service.

Role Description

We are seeking a Property Manager
 to lead our operations in Paros, starting 
March/April 2026
. The position is designed to cover the 2026 season but may extend into a 
full-year role
for the right candidate. You will be the key contact for guests and property owners, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and that Airhost standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of Airhost properties in Paros.
  • Handle reservations and provide timely, professional communication with guests.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and check-in/out processes.
  • Onboard new properties: gather details, set up listings, and ensure compliance with Airhost standards.
  • Act as the local contact for property owners, resolving issues and maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Support marketing by ensuring property listings and content are accurate and appealing.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in 
    Greek and English
    .
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with the wider Airhost team.
  • A service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
