Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Construction Engineer – Site Manager
to oversee and manage a
6-month construction project
in Samos, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all on-site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution, and coordinating effectively with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders. This position requires

Reports To

Project Director / Technical Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site operations.

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines, and prepare regular reports.

Identify and resolve technical issues and construction challenges.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders for effective communication.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Engineer, preferably in hotel or large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Greek and English.
