Θέση: Μηχανικός Project Control έργου Oil & Gas
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
Δίπλωμα Μηχανικού AΕΙ / ΤΕΙ ή ισότιμης σχολής του εξωτερικού, με ελάχιστη συνολική εμπειρία
δεκαπέντε (15) ετών
συμπεριλαμβανομένου
(6) ετών
σε έργα
Oil & Gas.
Απαραίτητη η αριστη γνώση χρήσης software χρονικού προγραμματισμού και ελέγχου κόστους (MS Project, Primavera, MS Office κλπ.)

Απαραίτητη η εγγραφή στο Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Ελλάδος (ΤΕΕ) ή άλλο επαγγελματικό φορέα του εξωτερικού.

Αριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Αρμοδιότητες:
Ο Μηχανικός Project Control Θα Είναι Υπεύθυνος Για

  • Τον έλεγχο των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων του Αναδόχου και της ορθής εφαρμογής τους κατά την κατασκευή του έργου, καθώς επίσης θα επισημαίνει καθυστερήσεις ή αναντιστοιχίες οι οποίες δύναται να επιφέρουν καθυστερήσεις στην έναρξη/λήξη των εργασιών κατασκευής
  • Τον έλεγχο και τη διατύπωση προτάσεων για την έγκριση των μεθοδολογιών κρίσιμης διαδρομής του Αναδόχου κατασκευής
  • Τον έλεγχο και την ενημέρωση για όλα τα απαιτούμενα προγράμματα Η/Υ και την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού
  • Την παρακολούθηση της συνολικής κατασκευαστικής δραστηριότητας και ενημέρωση του αρμόδιου προσωπικού για την ανάγκη λήψης διορθωτικών μέτρων
  • Την παρακολούθηση & έλεγχο κόστους των έργων και την εξαγωγή στατιστικών στοιχείων κόστους εργασιών κατασκευής
  • Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη των μηνιαίων αναφορών προς το Πελάτη
