What You`ll Do:

• Lead with Passion: Ignite your team's potential by fostering a high-performance culture that encourages accountability and success.
• Drive Sales Excellence: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our partner company`s groundbreaking payment solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Build Lasting Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions that add real value.
• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support for clients, making their journey effortless.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor activities to position our partner company as a market leader.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, with a flair for leading teams and driving results.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), with exceptional communication skills that resonate with clients.
• A natural ability to build rapport and inspire your team, helping them shine and achieve their best.
• A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• A knack for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where adaptability is key.
