Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our partner company, specializing in cutting-edge payment solutions that simplify transactions for businesses and consumers alike. Your expertise in sales will help foster relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, effectively presenting our partner companys payment solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that deliver real value.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and to address their ongoing needs.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our partner company's solutions in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,400 EUR gross/month.
  • Permanent Contract: Enjoy the stability of a long-term employment opportunity.
  • Lunch Vouchers: Receive 85 EUR net monthly for lunch.
  • Transportation Allowance: 65 EUR gross monthly to cover commuting costs.

Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU, as our partner company cannot issue a first-time visa in the country due to local legislation.
