Αποτελεί έναν αξιόπιστο συνεργάτη για τους επαγγελματίες υγείας και έναν υπεύθυνο και καταρτισμένο προμηθευτή που μπορεί και προσφέρει σε όλους τους πελάτες της προϊόντα σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας και υπηρεσίες με ανθρώπινο πρόσωπο και σεβασμό.

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία Customer Service Agent για την υποστήριξη πελατών και την επεξεργασία παραγγελιών στον τομέα των νοσοκομειακών και φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την καταχώρηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών, εξασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ακριβή παράδοση των προϊόντων μας στους πελάτες.

Βασικά καθήκοντα:

  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών από νοσοκομεία, φαρμακεία και φαρμακαποθήκες
  • Διαχείριση στοιχείων τιμολόγησης και δελτίων αποστολής
  • Άνοιγμα νέων καρτελών πελατών και συνεργατών στο σύστημα
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και εσωτερικά τμήματα για την επίλυση θεμάτων παραγγελιών, καθυστερήσεων ή ελλείψεων
  • Υποστήριξη στην ενημέρωση για διαθεσιμότητα υλικών και προγραμματισμό παραλαβών
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών σχετικά με εκκρεμείς παραγγελίες και ελλείψεις υλικών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε θέση υποστήριξης πελατών ή διαχείρισης παραγγελιών
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αρμοδιοτήτων σε περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς
  • Γνώση εφαρμογών ERP και Microsoft Office
