ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, an innovative company in the food industry, is looking for an International Customer Service Agent.

Location: Athens

Working Model: hybrid

You will be reporting to Commercial Director

What you will do:

As an International Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and innovative solutions to an international clientele.

More specifically:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
  • Orders processing – Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
  • Invoicing
  • Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue
  • Customer support
  • Follow up of prepayments – balance payments
  • Control and entry of commercial invoices in the company's accounting system
  • Entry of company expenses
  • Communication with the suppliers about payments
  • Freight payments and communication with the shipping lines to match payments
  • Reporting
  • Adhere to company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field of studies
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
