Grow Your Capabilities Through Meaningful Tasks & Projects

• GTM Planning & ExecutionAssist in preparing seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) materials, presentations, and sell-in tools for both EU and Global Business Units, ensuring alignment across channels and teams.
• Manage Marketing Assets & SamplesContribute to Account Marketing Plans for key franchise accounts in countrySupport the conceptualization, production and implementation of trade marketing plans including new product launches, season refresh and consumer facing eventsCoordinate sample orders and seeding plans in line with Marketing Operations guidelines, while maintaining oversight of inventory and distribution.
• Analyze Data & PerformanceCollaborate with internal teams to collect and interpret sell-in/sell-through data, monitor KPIs, and contribute to campaign performance reporting.
• Conduct Market & Consumer ResearchPerform basic research on trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform category planning and (post-)campaign evaluations.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure consistent and successful execution and strategic alignment.

What Would Make You a Match

• Student of business studies, marketing, communications, journalism or similar
• Strong interest in the sportswear or fashion industry, ideally with some academic or extracurricular exposure.
• Good analytical skills and basic understanding of the sports good & fashion market
• Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, incl. Proficiency in English (verbal & written)

ELIGIBILITY

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in final year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from January July 2026
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Athens, Greece for the full duration of the internship, provided that all necessary hiring documentation is in place
