Hiring for a Senior Analyst / Associate and a Graduate Analyst position. Fluency in Greek language is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare company profiles and teasers
  • Assist in creating investor materials, including Information Memoranda
  • Support financial analysis and modeling
  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, management presentations, and other key materials
  • Support the due diligence process on active M&A transactions
  • Stay informed on market trends and develop insights into the target client base and relevant industry dynamics

Qualifications and skills:

  • A genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong academic performance; min. 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to 3 years of prior experience; for graduates internships or similar roles are highly valued
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is essential
