Engineering Manager (The Ellinikon Mall)
Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επιβλέπει την ομάδα μηχανικών του εργοταξίου, συντονίζει τις δραστηριότητες του Γραφείου Μελετών του Έργου και διασφαλίζει τη διαθεσιμότητα των τεχνικών δεδομένων που απαιτούνται για τη διεξαγωγή των Εργασιών
  • Καθορίζει το είδος και το περιεχόμενο των τεχνικών εγγράφων που πρέπει να προετοιμαστούν για τις κατασκευαστικές εργασίες
  • Επιβλέπει τη συλλογή των δεδομένων σχεδιασμού, σύμφωνα με τη σύμβαση έργου και τους ισχύοντες νόμους και κανονισμούς, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των απαιτήσεων ποιότητας, HSE και LEED
  • Επιβλέπει τις διαδικασίες σχεδιασμού που εκτελούνται από το Τμήμα Μηχανικών Εργοταξίου
  • Ελέγχει τη διαβίβαση των σχεδίων όπως έχουν ελεγχθεί από τους Υπεύθυνους Μηχανικούς κάθε κλάδου
  • Καθορίζει τις μεθόδους εκτέλεσης των εργασιών με την επίβλεψη του Διευθυντή Κατασκευής
  • Παρακολουθεί τα έγγραφα που απαιτούνται για αλλαγές ή/και τροποποιήσεις στο σχεδιασμό σε συνεργασία με τους Μηχανικούς κάθε κλάδου

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι Πολιτικού/Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
  • 20 έτη εμπειρίας σε κατασκευή σύνθετων κτιριακών έργων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office / AutoCAD
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του λογισμικού Revit της Autodesk
