Ο Site Engineer θα καλύψει της ανάγκες για την επίβλεψη της κατασκευής, τον έλεγχο

ποιότητας, και τη διαχείριση του χρόνου στα έργα της εταιρείας, με έδρα την Αθήνα

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΕΩΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ:

  • Παρακολούθηση - Επίβλεψη Έργων: Παρουσία στα έργα παρακολούθηση της προόδου των εργασιών. Διαχείριση των προμηθειών και των υλικών, και την επίλυση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια των εργασιών
  • Ποιοτικός έλεγχος: Να διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργασίες πραγματοποιούνται σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας. Την παραλαβή και εικόνα εργοταξίου
  • Προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση χρόνου: Να διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργασίες ολοκληρώνονται εντός των προκαθορισμένων χρονικών πλαισίων και ότι το έργο προχωρά σύμφωνα με τον προγραμματισμό
  • Υγιεινή και ασφάλεια: Να επιβλέπει τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας και να διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργαζόμενοι τηρούν αυτούς τους κανόνες
  • Επικοινωνία και αναφορά: Να διατηρεί επαφή με τον project manager του έργου και θα παρέχει αναφορές σχετικά με την πρόοδο του έργου, τυχόν προβλήματα και την τήρηση του προϋπολογισμού. Επικοινωνία κατά περίπτωση με τους

εντεταλμένους του πελάτη, και με τα διάφορα τμήματα της εταιρείας

  • Συνεργασία με άλλους επαγγελματίες: Συνεργασία με συντελεστές του έργου όπως αρχιτέκτονες, μηχανικούς, τεχνικούς συμβούλους, συνεργεία κατασκευής και προμηθευτές, για τον συντονισμό των εργασιών και την επίλυση τυχόν

τεχνικών προβλημάτων.

  • Διενέργεια προμετρήσεων και επιμετρήσεων: Διενέργεια προμετρήσεων και επιμετρήσεων των εργασιών και των απαιτούμενων υλικών για τις παραγγελίες καθώς επίσης και την σύνταξη λογαριασμών πελάτη και υπεργολάβων

προμηθευτών.

Requirements
ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ

  • Πολιτικός Μηχανικός ή Τοπογράφος ΑΕΙ Ή ΤΕΙ
  • Γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office, Autocad (Βασικές Γνώσεις)

ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε κτιριακά ή/και υδραυλικά έργα

  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες: Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με την ομάδα και άλλους επαγγελματίες
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες: Να διαθέτει οργανωτικές δεξιότητες για τον αποτελεσματικό προγραμματισμό και τη διαχείριση των εργασιών
  • Δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων: Ικανότητα στην αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων και στην εύρεση λύσεων κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου
  • Δεξιότητες προσαρμογής: Να είναι ευέλικτος και να μπορεί να προσαρμόζεται σε αλλαγές και απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις
  • Καλή κρίση: Ικανότητα να λαμβάνει αποφάσεις με βάση λογικά κριτήρια καιανάλυση δεδομένων
  • Ομαδικότητα: Να συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με τα μέλη της ομάδας, τους συναδέλφους και άλλους επαγγελματίες για την επίτευξη κοινών στόχων
  • Επιμέλεια και προσήλωση στο αποτέλεσμα: Να είναι προσεκτικός και επιμελής και να δεσμεύεται για την επίτευξη της υψηλότερης δυνατής ποιότητας και αποτελεσμάτων, αποφεύγοντας προχειρότητα
