OM Living Paros is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Operations Manager for seasonal employment.

Job Description:

The Operation Manager will be responsible for establishing the company's goals by supervising daily operations, oversees the staff members working at the property with a view to ensuring that all guests have a positive experience, solves internal issues as they arise and works closely by reporting to the administration's offices in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
  • Independent Guest Check in & Check out, yet, 24/7 availability is essential to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide the highest service standards to our guests with exceptionally warm, polite, friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure employees work productively and professionally (housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Understands and resolves complaints from guests.
  • Dealing with maintenance and repair issues as needed.
  • Provide solutions to any internal issues with the guidance of the Administration's office.
  • Monitoring daily supply purchase and retaining monthly budget.
  • Reporting to Administration: General issues, Daily expenses, Guest Payments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar luxury properties.
  • Degree in business administration or Hospitality / Tourism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of extra languages will be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong managerial and teamwork skills.
