to support our team.

Role Overview

As a Purchasing Officer, you will collaborate closely with our Executive Head Chef & Food & Beverage Manager to maintain seamless stock control, timely supply of goods and services, and robust supplier relationships. Your contributions will directly support our unwavering commitment to excellence in food, service, and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee purchase orders in line with operational needs, forecasts, and budget requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong, transparent, and long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Manage the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory flow and full FIFO compliance.

• Monitor purchasing data and stock levels to optimise inventory performance, minimise waste, and prevent overstocking.

• Support kitchen and F&B operations through structured, efficient, and compliant purchasing processes.

• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with business goals and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SOFT1 ERP, with strong general computer and inventory management skills.

• Solid experience in Purchasing within the hospitality and F&B sector, supporting efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities, ensuring effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for food and hospitality.

• Strong decision-making and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

• Fluent in Greek, both written and spoken.
