Responsibilities:

  • Conducts internal technical trainings (online, in person) to the Sales Network, related to information systems and service roles, the operating model of new stores and their digital service solutions
  • Implements on-the-job follow up trainings with regular visits to the PPC Sales Network throughout the territory
  • Prepares and updates the informational and educational material for carrying out the technical trainings in the form of manuals, presentations, videos and by any other means deemed necessary
  • Updates the current informational and educational material, when necessary
  • Organizes and maintains an educational database containing the implemented training programs for commercial and technical trainings and produces reports on the implementation and performance of the training project
  • Proposes new training topics and areas of knowledge to the relevant internal departments of the company based on the emerging needs of the PPC Sales Network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
  • Master's degree in adult education will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in adult education in a retail environment
  • Experience in related sectors will be considered an additional qualification
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
