Η ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά για λογαριασμό κορυφαίας εταιρείας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, τον/την επόμενο/η Retail Sales Trainer, για να ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της ομάδας.

 Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα ή Πάτρα.

 Μοντέλο εργασίας: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή, 08:00-16:00

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Θα αξιοποιήσεις την εμπειρία σου στις πωλήσεις για να βοηθήσεις στον εντοπισμό εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών στο δίκτυο καταστημάτων
  • Θα συμβάλλεις στον σχεδιασμό και την ανανέωση εκπαιδευτικού υλικού (π.χ. εγχειρίδια, παρουσιάσεις, video tutorials)
  • Θα συμμετέχεις στη διενέργεια εκπαιδεύσεων (δια ζώσης & online) για νέες υπηρεσίες, προϊόντα και εμπορικές πρακτικές
  • Θα επισκέπτεσαι καταστήματα στην επαρχία, παρέχοντας hands-on υποστήριξη και ενισχύοντας την εφαρμογή όσων διδάχθηκαν
  • Θα συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τα καταστήματα και το operations team για να εντοπίζετε ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης
  • Θα βοηθάς στην οργάνωση εκπαιδευτικών αρχείων και αναφορών για το δίκτυο
  • Θα συμμετέχεις σε νέες πρωτοβουλίες που αφορούν την εμπειρία πελάτη, τις υπηρεσίες και την εκπαίδευση προσωπικού

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Διαθέτεις πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/Οικονομικών/HR
  • Έχεις εμπειρία 2+ ετών σε ρόλο πωλήσεων ή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ιδανικά στον κλάδο του retail
  • Θέλεις να κάνεις το επόμενο βήμα προς τον τομέα του training & development, αξιοποιώντας την εμπειρία σου στην πράξη
  • Σου αρέσει να μεταφέρεις γνώση και να βοηθάς άλλους να εξελίσσονται
  • Έχεις πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και πωλησιακές δεξιότητες
  • Σου αρέσει να παρουσιάζεις, να μιλάς μπροστά σε ομάδα και να μεταδίδεις θετική ενέργεια
  • Είσαι οργανωτικός/ή, προσεκτικός/ή στις λεπτομέρειες και συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά με ομάδες
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και άνεση με βασικά εργαλεία Office – η εμπειρία με ERP (π.χ. SAP) είναι plus
  • Είσαι διαθέσιμος/η για σύντομα επαγγελματικά ταξίδια στην Ελλάδα
