We import and distribute a wide range of apparel, footwear, and accessories, providing our clients with a comprehensive and seamless experience. With a presence in Greece, Cyprus, and SE Europe, Shop & Trade operates a sophisticated B2B e-commerce platform that serves our wholesale customers, as well as B2C platforms. Our business is driven by a strong network of more than 1,700 wholesale customers and a significant presence in brick & mortar retail with 60 corners, shops-in-shop, franchises, and own stores.

Key Accountabilities:

· Achieving individual and store sales targets through active selling and upselling

· Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction in accordance with company guidelines

· Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines

· Ensure stock is accurately replenished and organized on the shop floor and in the stockroom

· Support store processes including deliveries, transfers, store opening/closing procedures

· Handle point-of-sale processes including transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently

· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to reach targets and deliver a smooth store operation

· Communicate customer feedback and product insights into management

· Participate in ongoing training, new collection introductions, and sales techniques development

Candidate Profile:

· Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

· Strong communication, organizational, and initiative-taking skills.

· Customer service orientation and confidence in public relations.

· Excellent knowledge of English.
