Η ομάδα Field Sales Training μεγαλώνει και αναζητά Field Sales Trainers που μπορούν να μετατρέψουν τη γνώση σε αποτελέσματα.

Όχι μόνο να εκπαιδεύουν, αλλά να επηρεάζουν

Ο Ρόλος σου

Ως Field Sales Trainer, θα:

Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς εκπαιδεύσεις προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες εξωτερικών ομάδων πωλήσεων

Προσφέρεις coaching, καθοδήγηση και ενίσχυση δεξιοτήτων στο πεδίο

Συνεργάζεσαι με Operations & Sales Management για τον εντοπισμό αναγκών ανάπτυξης

Δημιουργείς υλικό (scripts, σενάρια, παρουσιάσεις, αξιολογήσεις)

Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο και την αποτελεσματικότητα των ομάδων

Συμμετέχεις σε projects ανάπτυξης εμπορικής κουλτούρας

Το Προφίλ σου

Είσαι ο/η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α αν:

Έχεις εμπειρία σε εμπορικά περιβάλλοντα και κατανοείς πώς λειτουργεί η πώληση στο πεδίο

Έχεις καθοδηγήσει, υποστηρίξει ή παρακινήσει επαγγελματίες με στόχο την ανάπτυξή τους

Επικοινωνείς με σαφήνεια, επαγγελματισμό και ενσυναίσθηση

Διαχειρίζεσαι με άνεση εκπαιδευτικό περιεχόμενο και ψηφιακά εργαλεία (MS Office, PowerPoint κ.ά.)

Θα εκτιμηθεί:

Προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλο εκπαίδευσης, mentoring ή ηγεσίας ομάδας

Εξοικείωση με τεχνικές πώλησης B2Β / door-to-door

Πιστοποίηση Εκπαίδευσης Ενηλίκων ή Coaching
