Role Description

We are currently seeking
4 motivated partners
for the
immediate filling of Field Sales (B2C)
positions, focusing on
door-to-door sales to residential customers
in the
Athens area
.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
where selected candidates will represent a
leading telecommunications brand
, engaging directly with consumers to promote and sell products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with residential customers to present and promote telecommunications products and services.
  • Expand the customer base and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a professional brand image in every interaction.
  • Deliver excellent face-to-face service and uphold the company's values in the field.
  • Participate in comprehensive training on sales techniques, marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and market research.

Qualifications

  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Strong
    sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and as part of a
    team
    .
  • Previous experience in
    B2C field sales
    or
    customer service
    is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
