As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend more into Greece and beyond, we are seeking a well-organized and proactive Purchasing and Logistics Specialist to support our team. This role will be based either on our Athens or Limassol office and is responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and preparing procurement and cost reports. A strong understanding of supply chain procedures and solid analytical skills are essential to ensure efficient operations and the most profitable deals.

Your Impact

  • Actively identify and engage potential vendors and suppliers
  • Compare and evaluate supplier offers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure advantageous agreements
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle—from placement to delivery—ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Prepare purchase reports and share them with the Operations and Design teams for review and approval
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices
  • Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses or project sites
  • Manage after-sales issues, including warranty claims and service follow-ups
  • Process supplier payments in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure optimal stock levels and proper storage
  • Prepare and present weekly procurement and logistics reports to management

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Specialist, Business Administration or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in vendor management and supply chain operations, preferably with international exposure
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Available to travel during weekdays to Limassol
