How Will You Contribute To Skroutz Vision
We are looking for a Partners Success Manager to join our Commercial Seller Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing our new sellers - both Greek and international - ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed on the Skroutz Marketplace. From their very first steps, you'll guide them in understanding and adopting our services and tools (such as Express Delivery, Ads, Deals), while resolving any commercial, technical or content-related challenges ensuring operational excellence and readiness. You will help unlock growth potential, improve assortment quality and performance and turn new sellers into long-term partners.

Your work will have a direct impact on our platform's seller experience and commercial success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Onboard and develop newly activated shops, ensuring smooth integration and effective use of Skroutz's ecosystem
  • Educate sellers on best practices for assortment setup, logistics, and service adoption (e.g. Express Delivery, Ads, Deals)
  • Identify assortment gaps, improve visibility and discoverability of sellers' products and unlock commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Content, Customer Support, Commercial, Training) to resolve seller pain points efficiently
  • Design and execute seller communication and growth plans, based on portfolio segmentation and data insights
  • Track key performance metrics (Fulfilment Rate, Contact Rate, Order Volume, Adoption KPIs) and proactively intervene where needed
  • Ensure sellers are onboarded with quality, speed and efficiency at scale, minimizing friction and maximizing impact
  • Contribute to internal process optimization and onboarding automation tools to support a growing and scalable Marketplace

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Seller Development, eCommerce Operations, or relevant client-facing role
  • Fluency in Greek & English language
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data
  • Familiarity with CRM and internal support tools (Salesforce, Zendesk etc.)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
  • Experience with international sellers or marketplaces is a plus
