Role: Key Account Manager

  • Develop strategic relationships with clients to identify new opportunities and expand existing ones

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide actionable recommendations to clients

  • Communicate complex information effectively to clients, ensuring seamless understanding and satisfaction

  • Manage and resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven track record of success in developing and closing deals, particularly in global or complex environments

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Strong understanding of commercial deal structures and risk profiles

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level)
