Social Media Marketing Specialist
to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll manage and grow the social media presence of our Group, Hotels, and Restaurants, ensuring a strong and engaging online voice that reflects the elegance and innovation of our brand.

About the Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our group's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), overseeing agency collaborations, creating engaging content, and building authentic connections with our online communities. You'll work closely with the marketing team to elevate Electra Hotels & Resorts' digital presence and bring our stories to life.

You'll be working across a diverse portfolio, including:

  • Group accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Instagram & Facebook accounts for 6 five-star city and resort hotels
  • Instagram & Facebook accounts for 6 restaurants

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate Electra Hotels & Resorts social media accounts and oversee external agencies handling hotel & restaurant accounts.
  • Craft compelling copy and produce engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in photo and video shoots to deliver high-quality digital content.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, requests, and collaborations to amplify brand visibility.
  • Interact daily with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture authentic engagement.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements for ongoing optimization.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management; prior experience in hospitality or at a social media agency is a strong plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and external partners effectively.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar content creation/editing tools.
  • Ability to extract insights from platform dashboards and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for digital storytelling and building meaningful online communities.
