BOUSSIAS Media is seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and distribute various forms of published content.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
  • Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals
  • Monitor and control media relations
  • Organize promotional presence in trade expos
  • Manage various social media platforms and their features and create/publish content on these platforms
  • Analyze data and metrics related to content performance, engagement, and conversions
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking platforms to monitor and optimize content performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Marketing or Content creation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of Marketing Management Systems like Pardot – Marketing cloud will be an asset
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics to track performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English)
  • Project Management and organizational skills are essential
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable with deadlines
