A Few Words About The Role
As a Marketing Associate at Tekmon, you will be involved in multiple facets of the business and therefore, must have a broad understanding and relevant knowledge in marketing, and how this fits in the overall vision of the company. You must also possess great research skills across a variety of functions, have excellent communication and creative writing skills, deliver meaningful presentations and be able to monitor and improve marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Deliver Marketing Campaigns across a variety of platforms (text, video, social, digital).
  • Continuously developing campaign success through iteration by measuring campaign effectiveness against agreed metrics.
  • Play a key role in the development of the marketing strategy focussed on customer growth and developing their proposition.
  • Create content that is powerful and meaningful with a clear vision across our core products offerings.
  • Create and Manage client communications programs including the compilation of client newsletters and communications.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with any of our target industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Engineering degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficient in research and presentations.
  • High level of communication skill with tailored approach according to the various stakeholders.
  • Excellent creative writing.
  • Highly organised individual.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of start-ups.
  • Understanding of how to drive customer growth from enterprise level clients using B2B marketing expertise.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and/or analytics.
  • A marketing qualification and/or some previous marketing experience.
  • Master's Degree in relevant field.

Requirements:

  • Academic Requirements: 2:1 degree minimum.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • A good understanding of Google / Microsoft applications.
  • Passion for marketing and technology.
  • Good at creative writing and how value is transposed to clients.

Willingness to go above and beyond and not afraid to think outside the box and suggest / test new ideas at pace.
