The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated lawyer with a proven track record in corporate and/or commercial law. You will
 have at least one year's experience as an associate, hands-on experience in corporate and/or commercial law matters (gained either as an associate or as a trainee at a reputable firm), and an LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in these fields.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Advising domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters (including day-to-day contract work and transaction support);
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and corporate documentation in Greek and English, with clear, commercial drafting;
  • Assisting in corporate structuring, governance, and compliance matters;
  • Providing day-to-day practical and time-sensitive legal support and guidance on commercial operations;
  • Conducting targeted legal research and monitoring relevant legislative and regulatory developments and preparing concise internal/client briefs;
  • Working collaboratively with partners and team members across practice areas;

Your Qualifications

  • Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece;
  • At least 1 year's experience in corporate and/or commercial law;
  • LL.M. (or equivalent postgraduate degree) in corporate, commercial, or business law (essential);
  • Strong academic background.
