We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Junior Billing Associate
to join our Finance Team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Issuance:
    Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with internal billing procedures and timelines.
  • Invoice Posting:
    Accurately post incoming vendor invoices into the ERP system.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Ensure all billing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Up to 2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or finance.
  • Languages:
    Fluent in
    Greek
    and
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills:
    Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
