Η ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά για λογαριασμό κορυφαίας εταιρείας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, τον/την επόμενο/η Learning & Development Specialist – Retail Sector, για να ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της ομάδας.

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα και Πελοπόννησο με έδρα την Πάτρα.

Μοντέλο εργασίας: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή, 08:00-16:00

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Προσδιορισμός εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών και συμβολή στον σχεδιασμό προγραμμάτων
  • Προετοιμασία και ανανέωση εκπαιδευτικού υλικού (εγχειρίδια, παρουσιάσεις, βίντεο)
  • Διενέργεια εσωτερικών εκπαιδεύσεων (δια ζώσης & online) προς το Δίκτυο Πωλήσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση εφαρμογής εκπαιδεύσεων μέσω επιτόπιων επισκέψεων
  • Υποστήριξη καταστημάτων στην επαρχία και συμβολή στη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών
  • Οργάνωση εκπαιδευτικής βάσης δεδομένων και δημιουργία σχετικών αναφορών
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη νέων ψηφιακών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2-3 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/Οικονομικών/HR
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP)
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδίων στην επαρχία
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές και πωλησιακές δεξιότητες
  • Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης
  • Οργάνωση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
