Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to support the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and delivering training programs, supporting employee development, improving skills across the organization, and contributing to a positive learning culture.

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning initiatives that strengthen employee skills, support career development, and drive organizational performance.

The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with HR managers, managers, and leaders to anticipate skill gaps and design solutions that meet real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative training programs that accelerate employee growth and enhance organizational performance
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions that inspire participation and drive lasting impact
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding programs that create a strong first impression, ensure smooth integration, and accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design solutions
  • Introduce cutting-edge digital learning tools and platforms to make learning accessible, interactive, and future-focused
  • Track and evaluate program outcomes to demonstrate measurable results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in learning and development, training, or a related HR function
  • Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is desired
  • Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness
