Revenue Growth Strategist

This role is focused on delivering revenue growth through strategic channel connections and effective pricing management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain accurate room and rate plan mappings across all channels.
• Support daily inventory management and pricing adjustments to ensure optimal revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to implement administrative tasks, reporting, and analysis requirements.
• Maintain competitive pricing insights and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance.
• Support the implementation of standardized policies and procedures related to rate plans, market segmentation, and other RM functionalities.
• Action rate solicitations as directed and manage rate plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with best rate guarantee standards.
• Assist in balancing figures between PMS and Channel Manager for accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
• A university degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Prior experience with web-based hotel systems and channel connectivity.
• Fluency in English language.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.
