DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and implement business's brand values and guidelines into the production of new tools and services
• Responsible for the functionality and usability of our products
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for
  Devs
  ,
  designers
  and the commercial team
• Deal with the designers for designing the product according to the specs
• Work closely with the dev teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Improve and Excel the Agile method to the dev team
• Drive product launches including working with commercial team and executives
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Create manuals for the new products and update them when a new feature is added
• Production of FAQs or tutorials if it is needed for the product for internal and external users
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Make the Review of the product / Decide when ready to go live
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Follow deadlines, report delays and be responsible for the delivery of the projects, roadmaps and timelines agreed
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving CTO and all relevant stakeholders Research /competition Analysis. Understanding and representing user needs
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience in product/project management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an agile organization
• Familiarity with Agile methods (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Jira / Miro (nice to have)
• Experience in the Travel Industry (nice to have)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
